Attendees get to use our fun collection of onigiri molds and choose from an assortment of healthy fillings (such as cucumbers, tuna, salmon, and more!) and an exotic assortment of furikake (seasonings) to learn the art of onigiri making! This class is suitable for all ages!

Vegan Chinese Dumplings
Join Chef and food entrepreneur Laena McCarthy as we make vegan dumplings together! Using her special dumpling flour blend, homemade shoyu soy sauce seasoning, chilli oil, mixed dried mushrooms, and vermicelli noodles. Attendees all learn the amazing art of dumpling pressing, and we eat a beautiful homemade tray of dumplings together!

Vegan Italian Hand-Rolled Noodles and Vegan Pesto from Scratch
Join Chef and food entrepreneur Laena McCarthy as we make vegan hand-rolled noodles from scratch along with some incredible vegan pesto (you will be wowed by how good it is!). Using organic special semolina and 00 flour mix, extra virgin olive oil, and a simple, gorgeous organic pesto that we will make using kale, spinach, basil, pistachios, lemon, and more.

In this lively hands-on class you’ll learn to make corn tortillas from masa flour using your own hands and a traditional tortilla press, build the most delicious vegan tacos, and Pica de Gallo also from scratch. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Salad for the win! In this lively hands-on class you’ll learn to make three different salads: gorgeous, healthy and—with our clear guidance—easy! Plus Laena will teach you her secret salad dressing that has proven to make you swoon (she may have taught it to a certain celebrity too). This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Pickle Party
What rhymes with tickles and makes you feel the same way? Pickles! How can you not love a gut healthy, immune boosting pickled vegetable?
You’ll join founder Laena McCarthy for a 60-minute pickle making and eating class. You’ll get to play with a cornucopia of colorful, organic veggies, along with herbs, spices and vinegars, as you craft your very own custom pickles to take home. We will then eat pickles together, served with rice noodles, these make the perfect on-the-go lunch or healthy dinner. Laena brings a great assortment of lacto-fermented and vinegar pickles to try, so attendees walk away with skills, full bellies, and pickle expertise.
